I work where design, product and business meet.
I like to join early, in the problem space, where the real questions are: why we’re solving this, and for whom. I start every project curious rather than certain.

Everyone around the problem knows something.
Users, customers, sales, the team. I gather what they know, listen for pain points, and watch things in action whenever I can. Empathy for the problem comes before any idea of a solution.
